Summary Participate in a variety of projects and activities that includes completing research, extracting and analyzing data, supporting process improvement initiatives, attending meetings and participating in strategic and operational priorities of the department. Has already graduated from a college degreed program. May complete rotations in various departments and/or operational areas. There is an opportunity for collaboration and rotations through various disciplines and teams. Objectives: Increase knowledge and understanding of the health system and various department operations. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow. Required Minimum Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in related field to department job will be working in. Facility: BayCare Health System, Foundation Development-SJH FD Location: St Josephs Foundation Status: PRN, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: None On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
