SAP Financial Lead/Public Cloud Finance Location: Montreal (Canada) Duration: 6 months+ extensions We are seeking an experienced SAP Financials Lead / SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant to lead the Finance workstream for a greenfield SAP implementation. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable finance solutions while providing functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a long-term SAP transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead the SAP Finance workstream for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation Facilitate finance workshops and gather business requirements Configure and implement SAP Financials including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders Financial Reporting Collaborate with technical, integration, and data teams Lead testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities Support post-production enhancements and continuous process improvements Required Qualifications 7–10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience Proven experience leading SAP Financials workstreams on SAP S/4HANA implementations SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Location Montreal, Canada Must be authorized to work in Canada

What you’ll do

Coordinate with technical, integration, and data teams, and lead testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

Requires 7–10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience and proven leadership of SAP Financials workstreams on S/4HANA implementations; Public Cloud experience is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling is required, while manufacturing or construction experience and excellent communication and leadership skills are preferred; candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
