Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring. Build scalable ML pipelines and recommendation, ranking, and forecasting models. Apply deep learning and MLOps techniques to optimize production systems. Conduct model evaluation and A/B testing to measure business impact. Required Skills: Strong Python and machine learning experience. Experience with production ML systems, feature engineering, and MLOps. Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Retail/e-commerce experience in personalization or recommendation systems is a plus.
