Phone Management: Utilizing a multi-line system, answer and direct phone calls, take messages if needed, and provide information to callers. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Communication: Communicate effectively with employees of all levels, customers and visitors. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and lobby is clean, organized, and stocked with any necessary supplies. Education Secondary School Diploma; Completion of a clerical or receptionist training program or equivalent prior work experience. Experience A minimum of two years recent experience as a Receptionist in an office setting. Other Skills and Abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team; Demonstrated ability and competency with respect to keyboarding, Windows software, multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment; Ability to speak, read and write English fluently as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French-speaking clients; strong commitment to continual learning.
