Coordinate with Canadian centres and Marketing, support partner training and campaigns, represent Bayswater at events, and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Teach up to 30 45-minute lessons per week, primarily in General English, with opportunities to teach specialty modules such as Business and IELTS preparation. Collaborate with the academic department and support the Director of Studies, while participating in professional development and taking on opportunities to grow within the company.

Manage homestay and residence operations, including host recruitment and screening, inspections, student placements, accommodation changes, provider relationships, and resolution of concerns or emergencies. Provide student services and welfare support, coordinate arrivals and activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive student experience.
