Located in the busy Cedar Hills shopping complex, this is a newly renovated clinic with friendly staff and physicians. Synergy Rehab, an allied medical provider, is in clinic. Amenities close by are Shoppers Drugmart, Subways, No Frills, TD Bank, Vancity bank, Starbucks, UPS Store and other restaurants. It is surrounded by new residential and established neighbourhoods, which makes it an ideal and affordable location to raise a young family in the lower mainland. Well situated for transit, you have fast and easy access to the airport, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, Vancouver, or a day trip to the USA! There are endless activities and adventures to choose from. Our Cedar Hills location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. The ideal physician would be able to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position can have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want! Financials Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – to be discussed* Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN) The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment. Practice Details Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 7 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms Shared office space Accuro EMR Hours Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 2 pm. The new physician will work out a customized schedule with the clinic manager. No strict policy around time off Hospital And ER Dept Shifts These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic. Special Services In-clinic pediatrician and allied physiotherapy/massage therapy/acupuncture and chiropractor. 2 major pharmacies close by. On Call Arrangement To be discussed. Staff The clinic currently has 3 physicians and 2 pediatricians. There is an onsite office manager and 3 MOA’s who can all help with the transition process. Files The Clinic is currently using Accuro EMR.
