Job summary

Job Title: OCM Consultant Location: Hybrid Onsite Toronto, CAN 3 days a week Duration: Temp - 5 months Pay Range: CAD 53/hr to CAD 55/hr (T4) Job Description We are seeking an OCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in organizational change management, value stream management, business process mapping, and training design and delivery and a proven ability to drive adoption, improve process outcomes, and deliver measurable client value. Responsibilities: Manage consultants delivering OCM strategy and execution for complex initiatives to ensure adoption of new processes and systems. Develop and implement training strategies and programs. Create learning materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, workshops, and job aids. Value Stream Management efforts and comprehensive process mapping to identify improvements and define success measures and monitoring. Ensure quality outcomes in engagement deliverables and client interactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and client outcomes. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change, value stream, and training programs and adjust to improve results. Provide coaching and support to consultants across workstreams. Serve as client focal point for OCM, training, business mapping, and value monitoring services and quality. Actively manage project plan task delivery and dependencies across workstreams. Mentor and guide consultants in change management, process mapping, value management, and training development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 6+ years of professional service delivery in change management, value management, learning systems, or organizational development. Strong knowledge of value management principles, business process mapping techniques, and related tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with Copilot AI. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS). Awareness and applied understanding of Agile and Lean principles (Six Sigma, Kotter, Lewin). Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) required. Preferred Skills: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP). Experience working in cross-functional consulting workstreams.
