They will also lead technical delivery, set architecture standards, and mentor team members to ensure platform maturity and operational efficiency. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with hands-on Workday integration development expertise in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Proficiency in Workday tools like Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, as well as technical skills in XSLT, XML, and API patterns, is required.
