Receive and investigate auto and property claims of lower to moderate complexity, assess coverage and damages, set reserves, and negotiate and settle claims within established timelines. Communicate decisions clearly, coordinate vendors, manage expenses and claim files, and escalate complex matters or complaints to the Claims Manager.
