BDN Construction Construction Project Manager - Retail & Restaurant Location: Toronto, ON Lead Commercial Projects That Matter. BDN Construction is a GTA-based commercial contractor delivering retail and restaurant projects across Ontario. We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage retail and restaurant projects up to $10M. What You Will Do Lead retail and restaurant commercial projects from planning to execution Oversee subcontractors and maintain financial and schedule controls Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results Develop and implement project plans -- scope, schedule, and budget Work with Procore for project management and financial tracking Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies What You Bring 5+ years of project management experience in restaurant and retail construction Proficiency with Procore and construction management systems Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to handle high-value projects and meet tight deadlines Strong decision-making skills under pressure In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors Preferred PMP certification (or equivalent) Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects What You Will Get $90,000 - $110,000/year Full-time, permanent position Performance-based bonuses, paid quarterly Paid time off and professional development opportunities Competitive benefits package Family-oriented, values-driven team culture BDN Construction is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Candidates should bring strong leadership, communication, decision-making, safety, and contract management skills; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
