We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Recent graduates welcome. If you're organized, eager to learn, and ready to support project execution from procurement to closeout we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Manage project documentation and communications across teams Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities Support project budgets and financial tracking in Procore Assist with site reviews to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track Help with risk management and troubleshooting Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear communication Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with building codes Support the team in obtaining permits and meeting legal requirements What You Bring Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome) Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Nice To Have (but Not Required) Experience with Procore or similar construction management software Co-op or internship experience in construction Knowledge of construction safety protocols What We Offer $60,000$80,000/year (based on experience) Full-time, permanent position Paid time off and professional development opportunities Competitive benefits package Mentorship and growth opportunities Supportive, family-focused team culture Why BDN Construction You'll join a team that treats each other like family, leads with integrity, communicates with openness, and tackles every challenge with smart, solution-driven thinking.
