BDN Construction Skilled Labourer - Multi-Trade (GTA) Location: Toronto, ON (with occasional travel across project sites within Ontario) Versatile Work. Steady Schedule. Real Path Up. BDN Construction is a commercial (ICI) contractor delivering office, retail, institutional, and industrial projects across the GTA. Our crews are small, versatile, and busy year-round - and we promote from within. We're hiring skilled, hands-on labourers who can move between scopes as the site demands. You don't need a trade ticket - you need proven experience and the work ethic to back it up. We hire for character as much as skill: accountable, reliable people who take ownership of their work. What You Will Work On Commercial interior fit-out: framing, blocking, doors/hardware, drywall repair, and carpentry Concrete and restoration: forming, patching, caulking, coring, and remedial work Site services and demolition: selective demo, hoarding, protection, material handling, small equipment Whatever the site needs - versatility is the job. The more you can do, the more you're worth. What You Bring Solid hands-on experience in at least two of: interior fit-out carpentry, concrete/restoration, or demolition/site services Your own standard trade hand tools (we supply power tools, specialty equipment, and consumables) Valid Working at Heights (MLITSD-approved) and current WHMIS Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license - sites move across the GTA Ability to work from instructions and basic drawings Finish what you start - no need to be chased Legally entitled to work in Canada Schedule & Pay $28 - $40/hour (based on breadth and depth of experience) Monday - Friday, approximately 40 hours/week Occasional weekend overtime when required - paid accordingly What We Offer Real path up: Skilled Labourer to Lead Hand to Site Supervisor (including travel roles across Canada) Paid certifications and training - tickets, upgrading, and development Health and dental benefits after 3-month probation (permanent team) Steady, year-round commercial work - we keep our crews busy Ready to Get to Work? Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on experience in at least two trade areas, a valid driver's license with a vehicle, and current Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and possess standard trade hand tools.
