Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an AI Engineer-Banking who will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions that enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and enable automation. This role combines software engineering, data science, and machine learning expertise to develop scalable AI systems in production environments. Responsibilities Develop end-to-end AI and ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, validation, and deployment. Fine-tune LLM-based applications utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangSmith, or OpenAI APIs. Deploy models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines. Build scalable microservices or APIs to serve ML models in real-time. Implement monitoring systems for model drift, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data requirements. Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Python, SQL, Spark, Pandas, and similar tools. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained. Evaluate and incorporate new AI frameworks, tools, and techniques. Prototype solutions and run feasibility experiments. Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, vector embeddings, multimodal AI, and model optimization. Partner with product managers and business teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. Coordinate with cloud engineers and DevOps teams for scalable deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skill-Set Strong programming in Python with experience in NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with LLMs, NLP, or deep learning projects. Solid knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment procedures. Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and adaptability. Strong documentation skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Nice to Have Experience working in banking or financial institutions. Prior experience with FI. Agile methodology experience.
