Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Operational Risk And Control Analyst-Rewards Or Loyalty Program. This position involves supporting the Blue Rewards business unit by managing operational risk and control lifecycle activities, with a focus on control documentation, procedures, and testing methodologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure controls are reliable, verifiable, and audit-ready, contributing to the ongoing development of the risk management framework. Pay rate range (CAD): $50.72/hr – $60.87/hr Responsibilities Support control documentation, procedures, and testing activities within the operational risk framework. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, document, and implement controls. Establish and execute testing procedures to ensure control effectiveness. Maintain control evidence that is reliable, verifiable, and compliant with audit standards. Manage end-to-end control lifecycle activities, including updates and reviews. Contribute to strengthening the overall control environment as governance matures. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives related to risk and control management. Support audit and regulatory reviews related to operational risks. Desired Skill-Set 3-5 years of experience with technology controls, including IT risk, access management, and change management. Solid operational risk management background within a regulated financial services environment. Strong stakeholder management skills. Proficient in control design and implementation from initiation to completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have Experience working in a financial institution. Familiarity with control frameworks beyond technology controls. Knowledge of control testing tools and methodologies. Exposure to cybersecurity or broader technology risk management.
