Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a SAP Warehousing Analyst. This position involves supporting SAP enterprise solutions, primarily focusing on Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Physical Logistics to enhance supply chain effectiveness through continuous improvement and project execution. Pay rate range (CAD): $60.00/hr – $65.00/hr Responsibilities Support SAP implementations, enhancements, production support, incidents, and functional inquiries Identify process and system gaps; recommend automation and process improvements Design business scenarios and use cases to maximize product adoption and value Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions Translate business needs into clear functional IT specifications Work with Functional Relationship Managers and Product Managers on product roadmaps and innovation Coordinate with development teams on functional specifications for SAP solutions Assist with warehouse configuration, integrations, and third-party connectivity (EDI, interfaces) Support change management initiatives and promote user adoption across supply chain functions Desired Skill-Set 2 to 5 years of SAP Warehouse Management / Material Management experience Supporting SAP implementation and enhancement projects, preferably full lifecycle Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) SAP Certification preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Functional design and solutioning experience rather than development Warehouse operations and business process knowledge Experience with SAP MM / Warehouse Management configuration and system setup Ability to gather business requirements and translate into specifications Knowledge of enterprise SAP architecture and warehouse process integration Experience with third-party systems and EDI connectivity Change management and user adoption support Nice to Have Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or broader Supply Chain industries Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies Experience working with global teams and virtual environments BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
