Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Supply Chain Project Manager-SAP Implementation. This position involves managing and delivering multiple SAP implementation and enhancement initiatives within a dynamic Supply Chain organization, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation efforts that improve operational efficiency and support strategic goals. Responsibilities Lead project initiation, develop business cases, and establish governance frameworks. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria. Create and update detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths. Manage multiple concurrent Supply Chain IT projects from start to finish. Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate resources and address constraints proactively. Facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews. Develop risk mitigation strategies and resolve project roadblocks. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and achieve desired outcomes. Foster strong collaboration with business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners. Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication across all project stakeholders. Support Agile practices by organizing planning and review sessions. Assist in establishing project management standards, governance, and best practices. Support continuous process improvements in project delivery and governance. Desired Skill-Set 2 to 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in Supply Chain environments. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience managing 10 to 20 cross-functional resources across multiple projects. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. PMP and/or Agile certifications are an asset. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Experience using project management tools and software. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Nice to Have Experience supporting SAP implementation or enhancement projects. Background in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries.
