Job details

Job Summary Beautifi is seeking a motivated Account Manager to convert new prospects into active accounts, promote program adoption, and retain, grow, and continue to activate our existing partner base. French proficiency is an asset but not required. In this role, you will lead discovery calls with inbound clinic leads, working to understand their motivations for partnering with Beautifi and guiding them through the next steps. You will support clinics in completing applications, ensuring proper account setup, and establishing a strong foundation for success. Following onboarding, you will nurture accounts through their early activation stages, helping them build momentum and ultimately grow into high-producing, long-term partners. A significant part of this role is also managing existing business: you will own relationships with established partners, drive partner retention and growth, re-engage inactive accounts, and support the continued activation of our account base. This role plays a key part in accelerating growth across new, active, and inactive accounts while deepening overall partner engagement. The Company Beautifi is a Canadian financial technology company that offers Canadians flexible financing solutions for elective medical procedures ranging from plastic surgery to fertility, dental, and medical aesthetics. Ranked #8 on Canada’s Top Growing Companies 2026 by The Globe and Mail, with 3,882% revenue growth over three years, Beautifi is one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the country and has achieved success through a customer-centric and technology-forward approach. We do not believe in hidden fees, misleading rates, prepayment penalties, or unexpected charges. Our goal is to make health and beauty more affordable and to give Canadians access to the procedures they want or need, without having to wait. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and be part of Beautifi’s next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect Discovery & Account Onboarding Lead Discovery calls with clinic partners to understand their motivations, identify key decision makers, assess their current setup, and record all relevant insights for use throughout the onboarding process. Set clear next steps in the onboarding process and collect all required documentation to support account approval and activation. Present Beautifi’s programs and recommend the best-fit option for each clinic based on their needs, goals, and operational setup. Deliver demos and provide training on Beautifi’s tools, processes, and talk tracks to ensure clinics are confident and prepared to effectively promote the program. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clinic partners, serving as a key point of contact alongside the BD team. Conduct regular check-ins and training refreshers to ensure partners are positioned for success and aligned with Beautifi’s expectations and offerings. Address immediate partner needs and inquiries promptly, ensuring clear documentation in the CRM for cross-functional visibility. Existing Partner Management, Retention & Growth Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partner accounts, serving as their primary point of contact to maximize retention, lifetime value, and long-term partnership success. Drive continued activation across the account base by monitoring partner activity, identifying slowing or at-risk accounts, and proactively re-engaging inactive partners. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including increased application volume, additional locations or providers, and enrollment in extended programs such as equipment financing. Develop account plans and outreach cadences tailored to partner tier, performance, and potential. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to share performance insights, address challenges, and refresh training on Beautifi’s tools, programs, and talk tracks. Resolve partner concerns and escalate issues as needed to protect partner satisfaction and prevent attrition. Sales Operations & Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure partner needs are met and aligned with Beautifi’s goals. Support the implementation of promotional materials, custom assets, and partner enablement tools. Manage expectations and communicate progress updates clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Attend conferences, events, or tradeshows as needed to support relationship building and program exposure. CRM & Operational Administration Maintain complete and accurate account records in Salesforce, including onboarding activity, outreach logs, and required documentation (e.g., EFT, vendor portal access). Audit Salesforce accounts regularly to ensure data integrity and flag opportunities for cleanup or enhancement. Coordinate timely updates and communications when fundings occur, ensuring BDMs are set up to follow up appropriately. Support time-sensitive needs such as rushed EFTs or funding requests. Insights & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, partner resources, and training tools. Track the usage and effectiveness of marketing materials and surface insights to improve program adoption. Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive offerings; share relevant insights with BDMs and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales development, account management or B2B sales (preferably in the aesthetics/elective medical procedures, loan financing, or BNPL industry).
