Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Edmonton, AB. The Carpenter will perform day-to-day tasks such as framing, installation of structural elements, and finish carpentry including trim, doors, cabinetry, and custom built-ins. The role involves working closely with project leads and other trades to maintain quality standards, adhere to timelines, and ensure a clean, organized worksite. The Carpenter will also help identify material needs, troubleshoot on-site issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction practices. Qualifications Strong carpentry skills, with experience in residential renovations and custom work. Experience in framing for residential structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings. Skill in finish carpentry, such as trim, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed interior work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and other trades. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and using tools for extended periods. Previous experience in high-end or custom residential renovations is an asset. Apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent experience in carpentry is preferred.
