We are a multi-service organization offering a full spectrum of residential, community inclusion/school replacement, and contracted support options in Greater Victoria, Sooke, Saanich, Sidney, Saltspring Island, the Cowichan Valley, Nanaimo, the Comox Valley, and Campbell River. Assess clients’ strengths and development needs, assist clients with special needs, and implement behaviour management programs. Perform housekeeping and food preparation duties, use sign language as needed, and help resolve conflicts.

Assess clients' needs, eligibility, strengths, and development needs; prepare case histories and reports; and coordinate community services and follow-up. Provide crisis intervention, counselling, behaviour management, conflict resolution, and practical support, including accompanying clients to appointments and assisting with release planning.
