Our client, a company specializing in sheet metal fabrication, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to fill a **CNC Laser and Press Brake Operator** position in **Baie-D’Urfé**. This role involves producing parts according to specifications by performing laser cutting, bending, inspection, and safe material handling operations. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and operate CNC laser cutting equipment and press brakes according to production requirements; \- Read blueprints, work orders, and programs to verify quantities, materials, dimensions, angles, and tolerances; \- Load the appropriate programs, install the required tooling, and perform basic machine adjustments; \- Perform cutting and bending operations on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts while adhering to production priorities; \- Measure first-off parts and make necessary corrections to ensure dimensional and angular accuracy; \- Deburr, clean, identify, and route parts to the next production stages when required; \- Promptly report quality, tooling, programming, or material issues; \- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition; \- Perform other related duties as assigned. **Ready to take on a new challenge? We want to meet you!** **What’s in it for you?** \- Permanent full-time position with a stable daytime schedule; \- Salary ranging from $28 to $31 per hour, depending on experience; \- Group insurance and employee benefits; \- On-site parking. **Requirements:** \- Experience as a CNC laser machine operator, press brake operator, or in a similar role; \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, angles, and tolerances; \- Good understanding of both imperial and metric measurements; \- Comfortable using measuring instruments and performing basic equipment adjustments; \- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes; \- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; \- Ability to work standing for extended periods, handle metal parts, and follow health and safety procedures; \- Experience with TRUMPF, Amada, Bystronic, LVD equipment, overhead cranes, or ERP systems is considered an asset. **Salary:** $22 to $31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications **Schedule:** Day shift (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), Evening shift (4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.), and Night shift (12:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) **Status:** Permanent Interested in this opportunity?
