Job summary

Our client, a well-established company in the food industry specializing in the production and distribution of food products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team.

What you’ll do

- Respond to customer calls and emails professionally, courteously and within a reasonable timeframe - Process and follow up on manual and EDI orders in the ERP system - Coordinate delivery dates and handle special requests related to orders - Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team to ensure proper follow-up - Schedule deliveries with transportation partners and the shipping team - Coordinate the logistics process for export orders - Conduct the necessary follow-ups to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics, ideally in the food manufacturing or distribution industry - Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to communicate with customers in Ontario (40%); - Experience using an ERP system, particularly Sage 300, is considered an asset - Experience processing EDI orders, particularly for major retail chains - Experience in logistics
