Comprehensive training is provided to help you develop the skills and expertise needed in this specialized and rapidly growing field.** **Key Responsibilities** \- Prepare components required for product manufacturing. \- Handle and prepare optical fiber according to established procedures. \- Operate specialized equipment and computer-assisted production systems. \- Perform detailed assembly operations on optical components. \- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks. \- Carry out product testing and validation procedures. \- Record production results and document any discrepancies. \- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with quality standards. \- Perform other related duties as required. **Benefits** \- Full-time temporary position. \- Evening schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. \- Competitive base salary. \- Evening shift premium. \- Comprehensive training provided upon hiring. \- Free parking. \- Modern, clean, and stimulating work environment. \- Collaborative team that encourages learning and professional growth. **Requirements** \- High school diploma (HSD) or equivalent. \- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality control, or a related field (an asset). \- Strong computer skills. \- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. \- Ability to follow detailed work procedures. \- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible. **Salary:** Up to **$23 per hour** **Schedule:** Evening shift, **3 p.m. to 1 a.m.** **Status:** Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
