Employees must be willing to work 8-hour shifts on a two-week shift rotation. Requirements: 2 to 3 years experience in a related industrial background. Must have good mathematical skills have experience with using various measuring instruments. Forklift and/or Crane experience would be an asset Past experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Knowledge of quality and safety standards. Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment; adapt to change and work under pressure. Demonstrated positive attitude, initiative and the ability to work well with others. Requirements

Requires 2–3 years of experience in a related industrial setting, strong mathematical ability, and experience using measuring instruments; manufacturing experience is beneficial. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate problem-solving, communication, adaptability, initiative, and teamwork; forklift or crane experience is an asset.
