Come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious company project Main Responsibilities Sales Operations & Commercial Administration (85%) Validate and process customer deductions in a timely and accurate manner. Support Key Account Managers with the administration and maintenance of promotional plans, forecast updates, customer contracts, assortment changes, and trade spend records within XTEL. Maintain customer contracts and product listings within customer portals. Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Innovation Tracker (Innotracker), ensuring accurate and timely updates to support Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in the planning and execution of innovation launches. Generate, maintain, and distribute regular sales, distribution, service level, and customer performance reports using both internal systems and customer portals. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Key Account Management team including ad hoc internal and customer requests Prepare and maintain dashboards, presentations, scorecards, and reporting packages for sales leadership and cross-functional business reviews. Business Analysis & Performance Insights (15%) Monitor and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs), customer metrics, and commercial execution measures. Analyze sales, distribution, and service level data to identify trends, performance gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention. Support the sales team with actionable business insights and recommendations to improve customer performance and execution. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or in a related field Advanced Microsoft Office skills with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel Experience with tools such as SAP, Xtel, Salesforce, Power BI, CRX, and Nielsen is an asset Proficient in using digital tools, software, AI tools, and technology to improve workflow and efficiency Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills Ability to communicate in French is an asset
