Vos responsabilités : * Servir de point de contact principal pour l’ingénierie client * Définir des priorités claires pour le spécialiste technique * Préparer et présenter les données de fiabilité des LRU * Assurer la coordination afin de déterminer la nécessité d’une enquête sur les incidents signalés sur le terrain * Diriger efficacement l’enquête sur le démontage imprévu d’une LRU afin d’en identifier la cause première et d’élaborer un plan d’actions correctives * Examiner les données des fournisseurs, identifier les lacunes et proposer un plan d’action * Respecter les délais fixés pour la révision, la validation et l’approbation du manuel de maintenance des composants * Apporter le soutien nécessaire aux modifications techniques, à l’atelier de révision et au service qualité Profil recherché : * Licence avec 5 à 8 ans d’expérience * Éventuellement, master avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience * Solides compétences en leadership et en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en anglais et en français Domaines d’études : Génie électrique/mécanique, génie aérospatial ******************************************************************************************************** Job Title: Quality Specialist- Component Engineer 12 month renewable contract Location: Longueuil On site position Area code: 514, 450, 438 Postal code: J4G Start Date: ASAP What's in it for you? -Paid Holidays - Vacation accrual -Work in a dynamic organization -Discounted prices on restaurants and services -Discounted rates on health insurance General responsibilities of the position: You would be responsible to improve the reliability of engine controls in the aftermarket, by leading investigations. Your responsibilities: * Act as the focal point of contact for customer engineering * Establish clear priority to the technical specialist * Prepare, and present the LRU reliability data * Act as the coordinator to determine the need for investigation for the reported field events * Lead effectively the investigation of LRU unplanned removal for root cause and corrective action plan * Reviewing supplier data, identifying gaps and come up with an action plan * Meet the target dates for component maintenance manual) review, validation, and approve * Provide the required support to engineering changes, overhaul shop, and quality What you need: * Bachelor degree with 5 to 8 years' experience * Optionally, Master degree with 2 to 5 years' experience * Strong Leadership, Communication skills verbal and in writing English and French Field of studies: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
