Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager to lead the deployment of strategic automation processes within our Consumer and Small Business sales channels. In this high-impact leadership role, you will champion a culture of operational excellence and deploy end-to-end automated processes that will significantly improve the efficiency of our sales channels. You will leverage your deep understanding of telecom sales ecosystems to identify bottlenecks and implement intelligent solutions that prioritize maximum efficiency, speed-to-market, and cost reduction. By combining strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, you will revolutionize our sales operations, ensuring seamless workflows that deliver tangible business value and superior performance. Key Responsibilities You must have an aggressive passion for automation Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives Analyze business processes to uncover opportunities where AI and Automation can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage Act as a liaison between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights and clear business cases Design and implement automation solutions tailored to business needs Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture Critical Qualifications A displayed history of automating processes An degree in business/commerce, engineering, or mathematics or other technical field Experience in telecommunications, retail or consulting industries Experience managing and mentoring team members. Effective process/project management skills and the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with partners and executive management Experience with automation platforms or RPA workflows and Low code platforms (such as Power Platforms) Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital transformation or AI adoption programs Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.) Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equityThe salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 4% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
