We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team! You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment. More specifically, you will: Email campaign creation, including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design Email scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time Manage email lists and segmentation within Klaviyo Building and updating automated email flows A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance Track and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunities SMS marketing execution, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting QA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practices Maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows Stay up-to-date on email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends Requirements: 3+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce Experience using Klaviyo (must-have) Experience with SMS (a plus) Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills Marketing certificate or degree is a plus Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology What we offer: Rapidly growing scale-up offering opportunities for career growth and salary increase Opportunities for professional growth and development 2 weeks vacation + paid time off between Christmas and New Year Employer-sponsored health and dental plan Remote position with option to go into the office; Office location near St-Henri, with free street parking available and large open-concept bright workplace Kitchen stocked with free coffee, tea, and snacks Frequent social events with a close-knit team

What you’ll do

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing daily email marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, scheduling, list management within Klaviyo, and building automated flows. The manager will also be responsible for A/B testing, tracking performance metrics, and executing SMS marketing efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in email marketing and e-commerce, with mandatory experience using Klaviyo, and strong analytical and project management skills. A degree or marketing certificate is considered a plus, alongside a strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and technology.
