ROLE OVERVIEW As a Senior Advisor, Pricing Management and Commercial Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping decisions that drive the company’s performance, profitability, and growth. You will be at the center of pricing strategies, financial analysis, and strategic planning, working closely with multiple internal partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and deploy pricing strategies and large‑scale commercial initiatives, including post‑implementation follow‑up and in‑depth analysis. Analyze financial performance and identify business opportunities. Actively contribute to budgeting exercises and strategic planning. Ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment around pricing strategies and anticipated impacts. Develop recommendations, optimize, and ensure consistency of pricing structures, processes, and methodologies. Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical tools (pricing models, calculators, dashboards, etc.) to support strategic decision‑making. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams. QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Information Management 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or comparable tools) Solid business judgment with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations High level of autonomy, strong sense of ownership, and ability to deliver projects end‑to‑end Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken #LI-Hybrid We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members. Requirements
