Official Internal Job Title: Business Projects and Practice Improvement Consultant, Group Insurance Status: Regular Job Description: Sous la supervision du Directeur - Centre d’expertise opérationnelle, le conseiller contribue à la performance et à l'évolution des opérations de la Vice-présidence. Reconnu pour son expertise en centres de contacts, en analyse de données et en optimisation des processus, il agit comme partenaire d’affaires auprès des gestionnaires et des équipes afin d'identifier, coordonner et mettre en œuvre des solutions créatrices de valeur. Il intervient dans des dossiers complexes et joue un rôle clé dans la réalisation d’initiatives et de projets visant l’amélioration continue, l’efficacité opérationnelle et l’atteinte des résultats. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Conseiller et accompagner les gestionnaires dans le positionnement, la planification, le développement, la réalisation et les suivis relatifs aux divers mandats de la VP. Structurer et réaliser des projets d’amélioration des activités et de résolution de problèmes dans le respect des orientations et agir, au besoin, à titre de responsable de ces projets. Élaborer des stratégies et plans de mise en œuvre des changements et évaluer les impacts organisationnels. Analyser et recommander des pistes d’améliorations dans les processus opérationnels de la /VP dans le but de faciliter et améliorer les connaissances, les procédures et l’efficacité des équipes. Représenter la VP et ses équipes lors de certaines réunions et auprès de différents comités Participer à différentes analyses permettant de documenter les solutions proposées, telles que : études de coûts-bénéfices, analyse d'affaires, analyses d'impacts organisationnels, nouveaux processus et/ou nouvelles méthodologies de travail. Planifier et produire des rapports / redditions de compte en lien avec ses activités. Soutenir la VP et son gestionnaire dans l’exercice de la planification stratégique et opérationnelle. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Détenir un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent. Posséder un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans l’assurance dont 3 ans dans un centre de contacts à fort volume. Avoir une maitrise avancée de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches et d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou/et fournisseurs francophones et anglophones. Posséder une connaissance approfondie des opérations, indicateurs de performance et technologies de centres de contacts. Démontrer une expérience en analyse de données, en optimisation des processus et en amélioration de la performance opérationnelle. Faire preuve d'analyse, de leadership d'influence, d'autonomie et de rigueur. Business Projects and Group Insurance Practices Evolution Advisor Reporting to the Director, Operational Centre of Expertise, the advisor contributes to the performance and evolution of the Vice Presidency (VP). Recognized for their expertise in contact centres, data analysis and process optimization, the advisor acts as a business partner to managers and teams to identify, coordinate and implement value-added solutions. The advisor is involved in complex initiatives and plays a key role in delivering projects aimed at continuous improvement, operational efficiency and achieving business objectives. You will grow as you perform the following functions: Advise and support managers in the positioning, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of various VP’s mandates. Structure and carry out business improvement and problem-solving projects in alignment with strategic orientations and, where required, act as project lead. Develop change management strategies and implementation plans, and assess organizational impacts. Analyze and recommend opportunities to improve the VP’s operational processes to enhance knowledge, procedures and team effectiveness. Represent the VP and its teams at various meetings and on different committees. Participate in analyses used to support proposed solutions, including cost-benefit studies, business analyses, organizational impact assessments, new processes and/or new work methodologies. Plan and prepare reports and accountability deliverables related to assigned activities. Support the VP and management in strategic and operational planning activities. Your skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, including three years in a high-volume contact centre environment. Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, due to the nature of the job and working with both English- and French-speaking colleagues, partners, clients and/or suppliers. Extensive knowledge of contact centre operations, performance metrics and technologies. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process optimization and operational performance improvement. Strong analytical skills, influential leadership, autonomy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
