The position requires your strong attention to detail and organization; and your ability to prioritize and successfully manage accountabilities within a fast paced and high-volume environment. Salary Range: $60,960-76,200/year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. What We Offer Award winning culture Flexible hybrid working conditions (1 day in the office per week) Group Benefits from first day Defined Benefits pension plan Generous time off benefits Growth opportunities Summary Of Role & Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to your assigned brokers alongside the Production & Portfolio Underwriters with respect to new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance Assess risks, underwrite and process at a level of moderate risk for policy changes and renewals Operate department phone queue Record underwriting info for the purpose of evaluation, assessment, audit & profitability Educate Broker partners about Unica’s target market and strategy Identify opportunities to support Unica’s strategy and analyze and report identified trends to management Education and Experience University/College degree CIP/CRM obtained or working towards one or both of these designations Proficient in Microsoft Office products Exceptional phone etiquette Must be flexible with hours of work as required Interested in a career in a company where collaboration and diversity of expertise are at the forefront? What you’ll do
Provide exceptional service to broker partners regarding new business, renewals, and policy changes. Assess risks and process underwriting tasks for moderate-risk accounts while reporting trends to management.
Requirements
Requires a university or college degree and progress toward CIP/CRM designations. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
