We are currently hiring a Security Officer to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team. We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. What you will be doing * Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patrons. * Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislative and Chances/Berezan standards. * Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment. * Complete daily reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner. * Report any activities in accordance with BCLC and Chances/Berezan procedure manuals. * Provide escorts to patrons and staff as needed. * Maintain the cleanliness of the facility. * Report any health and safety concerns promptly. * Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers. * Review audit sheets and ensure they are completed and up to date.
