Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and safety-driven Maintenance Supervisor to support our two manufacturing sites in Hadashville and Oakbank, in Manitoba. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and help keep our peat-based horticultural production operations running smoothly. JOB SUMMARY: Lead, schedule, and coach the maintenance team; Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems; Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers; Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure all maintenance activities follow strict safety procedures and Manitoba regulations; Collaborate closely with Production to minimize downtime and optimize performance across both sites; and Perform any other related duties. QUALIFICATIONS : The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance environments; The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience in a management role; The candidate must have Industrial Mechanic (millwright red seal) certificate; The candidate must be able to communicate perfectly in English; The candidate must have good attention to detail and work well with a team; The candidate must have a valid driver's license; Other requirements : Good physical condition.
