Relevant de la Directrice de développement, le ou la Chargé(e) de projets est responsable de la coordination et de la gestion de projets immobiliers tout au long de leur cycle de développement. La personne titulaire du poste assure le suivi des échéanciers, des budgets et des différents intervenants afin de contribuer à la réalisation des projets dans le respect des objectifs établis. Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à :Gérer les projets de développement immobilier de la phase de conception jusqu'à la livraison .Coordonner les professionnels, consultants, entrepreneurs et autres partenaires impliqués dans les projets .Participer à la préparation et au suivi des budgets, échéanciers et analyses de faisabilité .Assurer le suivi des demandes d'approbation, permis et exigences réglementaires .Identifier les enjeux et risques de projet et proposer des solutions adaptées .Veiller au respect des objectifs de qualité, de coûts et de délais .Préparer les rapports d'avancement et les recommandations destinées à la direction .Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les parties prenantes afin d'assurer le succès des projets . Profil recherché :Baccalauréat en génie, architecture, urbanisme, gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine pertinen t.Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en développement immobilier, gestion de projets immobiliers ou gestion de la constructio n.Expérience démontrée dans la coordination de projets impliquant plusieurs intervenant s.Bonne compréhension des budgets de projet, des analyses financières et des processus de développement immobilie r.Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaire s.Bilinguisme, parlé et écri t. The incumbent ensures the monitoring of schedules, budgets, and various stakeholders in order to contribute to the successful completion of projects while meeting established object ives. In this role, you will:Manage real estate development projects from the design phase through to completion and del ivery.Coordinate the professionals, consultants, contractors, and other partners involved in the pro jects.Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, schedules, and feasibility ana lyses.Oversee the follow-up of approval applications, permits, and regulatory require ments.Identify project issues and risks and propose appropriate solu tions.Ensure that quality, cost, and schedule objectives ar e met.Prepare progress reports and recommendations for manag ement.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of pro jects. What you bring:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, real estate project management, or construction mana gement.Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeh olders.Strong understanding of project budgeting, financial analysis, and real estate development pro cesses.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and w ritten.
