Are you an experienced IAM professional ready to solve complex access challenges and improve secure, efficient operations? As an Identity & Access Management analyst II (6-month contract), you’ll support secure and efficient IAM operations, own complex work, and resolve escalated access issues. You’ll also contribute to IAM projects, advance automation and process improvements, collaborate with business and technical partners, and guide junior team members. In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. Make a difference on our Identity & Access Management team as an IAM analyst II (6-month contract)! What you’ll do: Manage IAM operations, complex access requests, and identity lifecycle activities while meeting service targets and supporting provisioning, authentication, and authorization issues. Serve as an escalation point for IAM incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support incident and problem management. Conduct access reviews, audits, remediation activities, and compliance monitoring to maintain effective access controls. Improve IAM service delivery through automation, scripting, standardization, reporting, and enhancements to IAM tools and controls. Participate in IAM projects, system implementations, integrations, and change initiatives, including testing, defect management, and operational readiness activities. Maintain IAM documentation and operational standards, collaborate with business and technical teams, and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior IAM analysts. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of IAM or related enterprise experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or Oracle Unified Directory. Experience supporting IAM projects, system enhancements, access governance, and identity lifecycle processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience developing technical documentation and operational procedures.
