Responsibilities: • Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions • Answering and handling calls in a professional manner • Maintaining cleanliness • Maintaining cleanliness • Scheduling • File maintenance • Data entry Qualifications & RequirementsRequirements: • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • 1-year customer service experience preferred • Computer skills • Timekeeping • Excellent organizational skills • Able to utilize multi-line phone • Strong communication skills • Able to lift 40 lbs. • Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day • Able to handle dogs on leashes • Display professional manner at all times The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00–$17.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligible employees may also participate in company-sponsored benefits and incentive programs.
