We have broad training in varied approaches to musculoskeletal assessment and treatment, including techniques such as acupuncture, manual mobilization, LASER, therapeutic Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, specific exercise and education. Our therapists have particular expertise and training in several specific areas of dysfunction. Additionally, we believe in a healthy active lifestyle as an important part of your recovery from injury or dysfunction. Our clinic offers regular, free introductory Nordic Pole Walking instruction to support our patients, and the greater Kingston community, in achieving increased activity levels. Nordic Pole Walking, a great physical activity for most ages and abilities, provides a total body and cardiovascular workout accessible to just about anyone.
