Responsibilities: Adjusting odds and lines across North American sports in line with the trading strategy, maximising long-term performance. Managing pre-match, in-play and props operations across a range of markets, performing shift duties across each area. Monitoring live betting activity during dedicated tracker shifts, tracking incoming wagers to inform accurate real-time decisions. Entering results, checking feed accuracy and maintaining event details, titles and notes. Applying profiling techniques to customer behaviour and wagering activity, escalating or re-profiling players promptly in line with global profiling guidelines. Compiling odds for props and detecting pricing errors in both the internal offering and the wider market. Testing new releases and services affecting your primary area, and feeding back opinions to improve products, policies and procedures. Working collaboratively across the trading team and the wider organisation to deliver the best outcome for clients and their customers. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar trading role, managing sports lines. Proven knowledge of trading markets and industry trends. Solid knowledge of North American sports, with broad knowledge of other sports an advantage. Some experience or knowledge of modelling and analytics preferred. Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. Able to work unsupervised and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
