The consultant will lead workshops to conduct Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs) on digital systems. They are responsible for producing comprehensive TRA reports, actionable recommendations, and executive-level presentations.

Job Role: Cybersecurity Risk / TRA Consultant Location : Remote Position Type : Contract Role Start Date: October 5, 2026 End Date: January 15, 2027 Remote Role Strong Assets: Government, CISSP, CISM or CRISC. Must Have: 3+ years conducting TRAs on digital systems Must have completed at least2 TRAs on digital systems within the last 3 years (mandatory for at least one proposed resource) Strong NIST SP 800-53 experience Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS Cloud (AWS/Azure), network/infrastructure experience Able to lead workshops and produce TRA reports, recommendations and executive presentations Canadian public-sector TRA experience Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
