Job summary
Job Title: Operational Engineer Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension) Ideal Rate: $60- $65 (Based on Experience) Location: North York or Kitchener/Waterloo, ON Work Arrangement: Primarily remote; approximately 1 day onsite per month Must haves: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone / Teams Telephony Strong experience with Enterprise Telephony, Voice, VoIP, call routing, DID and toll-free numbers Hands-on experience with Teams Call Queues, Auto Attendants, user telephony provisioning and troubleshooting Experience supporting telephony migrations and modernization initiatives Working knowledge of Amazon Connect and AWS 3–5 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting cloud-based technology solutions Knowledge of cloud, automation, DevOps or IaC is an asset Exposure to AI/GenAI and automation is an asset Reliability Clearance is required Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
