Job Role: Senior Business Analyst/Procurement Writer Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite Position Type : Contract Role Start Date 2026-11-09 End Date 2027-08-26 5 days Onsite in a week Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 85-90/Hr (Depending on the experience) Must Have: 40% - Advanced Writing and Communication Skill Clear and Concise Drafting: The ability to simplify complex technical or legal information into plain, easy-to-understand language. Persuasive Writing: Crafting compelling arguments in tender responses, executive summaries, and case studies to persuade vendors. Technical Accuracy: Ensure the RFP/RFB adhere to technical specifications Editing and Proofreading: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure error free documentation, while following guidelines. 30% - Technical Procurement Knowledge Tender Process Expertise: Knowledge of public sector procurement processes specifically for the OPS. Contractual Understanding: Knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions to accurately reflect legal requirements in documents. 20% - Project Management and Organizational Skills Time Management: Able to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables without sacrificing quality. Information Gathering: Ability to collect data from SME and gather information from multiple sources while documenting where and who provided the information. Time Management: Ability to maintain deliverable timelines. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
