Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc. Experience working alongside project managers Escalate where required, identify risks Experience in business analysis and interactions Maintaining communication with end users/clients. Experience coordinating and tracking user acceptance testing activities. Supporting project managers and critical projects. Experience developing project status reports Experience scheduling meetings Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository Project management software skills and experience MS Project Planview PMP Understanding of basic Project Management concepts Use of AI to assist project artifacts Experience creating and presenting using powerpoint OPS experience.
