6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including: Experience with CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CSDM. Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder. Experience with integrations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and best practices. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
