Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst Employment Type: Contract Duration: End of March 2027 Location: Edmonton, Alberta ONSITE- 5 days Must haves: 4+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related areas IIBA Certified Business Analyst or equivalent ACMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CMI, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent Change Management certification Strong experience with: Business requirements gathering and analysis, Process mapping / process re-engineering, Stakeholder engagement, Change impact assessments, Communications and training, UAT and business readiness, Workshop facilitation, Senior stakeholder presentations Nice to Have Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or similar OCM methodology Value Stream Mapping Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery Business application implementation/support Business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement Experience working in public sector or regulated environments Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
