Test Lead

Test Lead Location: Toronto, ON Duration: Start Date 2026-08-03 End Date 2027-04-30 5-days onsite Work Requirements 5 days per week onsite to foster collaboration, ensure team alignment, and provide hands-on leadership within fast-moving retail transformation initiatives. Additional Requirement Submission of a cover letter and resume outlining relevant QA and testing planning and execution experience, including examples where possible around challenges around testing in large transformations. Must Haves: 5–8 years of experience leading business application and/or software testing initiatives, utilizing tools such as ALM and/or Octane. Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting functional, technical, and non-functional requirements across diverse application environments, and developing comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and test scripts. 5–8 years of experience managing and coordinating testing activities within Agile delivery environments, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. 5–8 years of experience leading quality assurance and testing efforts for digital transformation projects, including mobile application development (iOS and Android), eCommerce solutions, API development, and system integrations. Hands-on experience integrating digital testing frameworks and test automation strategies within end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, leveraging DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Chef/Puppet, and cloud-based hosting platforms.
