This is the role where that's your actual job — your site, your crew, your standard. Retaining walls, paving stone driveways, decks, fences, turf, excavation. What you'll own Run job sites start to finish — layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup Lead a crew of 2–5 — direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard Be the customer's point of contact on site — answer questions, flag changes Keep jobs on schedule and on budget — materials, hours, waste Train the next generation — bring apprentices up to your level Own site safety — daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe What you bring Must-haves 4+ years landscape construction experience Proven crew leadership — you've run sites, not just worked on them Valid BC driver's licence + confident towing 10–14 ft trailers Strong across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting Can read plans and translate them into a day's work for your crew Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you Nice-to-haves Small equipment tickets (skid steer, excavator) First Aid certification Red Seal or trade certification Experience with site scheduling or crew apps What we offer Company truck for foremen Year-round, full-time work — not seasonal Real work-life balance — rarely weekends, evenings or holidays Health benefits for eligible staff 4% vacation pay Performance-based raises Clear path to Zone Manager / Production for foremen who want it Paid training, tickets and education opportunities Flexible hours and time off What it's actually like here Thursday team BBQs — food and drinks on us Camping, bowling, golf, paintball, go-karting Foremen here have real autonomy — we hire you to make calls, not wait for them People come here and stay.
