This is an onsite position located in Calgary, Alberta What You Will Do * Perform preventative and responsive maintenance * Complete general repairs and support the day-to-day operations of the property * Deliver exceptional resident service by responding promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with suite turnovers * The role also includes seasonal grounds maintenance, emergency on-call support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community * Other duties as required Who You Are Key Qualifications * Albert Boilers Safety Association certification * Education: High School Diploma / GED * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Valid Driver’s License and Access to a reliable vehicle * Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment * Ability to lift up to 50lbs Bonus Qualification * Work experience in commercial / retail building operations is an asset but not a requirement. * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results * Thrives in fast-paced environments, works well under pressure, and readily adapts to changing priorities, new ideas, and evolving business needs Who We Are BGO is a global leader in real estate investment management, partnering with more than 750 institutional clients to invest in and manage high-quality real estate across office, industrial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. They are also responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, managing emergency on-call support, and delivering exceptional resident service.

Candidates must hold an Albert Boilers Safety Association certification and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal verification check are also required.
