This position may coordinate and update data processes, communicate updates impacting downstream systems, and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant systems through continuous learning and training. This role also involves supporting the completion of projects and coordinating efforts as needed. The Senior Coordinator ensures the maintenance of high-quality data, proactively monitors accuracy, and facilitates corrective actions with business owners. Additionally, the role may involve executing item delisting processes and performing ad-hoc data cleansing to uphold data quality standards continuously. The Senior Coordinator maintains clear communication with cross-functional teams, contributes to team development, and provides support based on customer needs. This position supports and enforces established data standards and guidelines while serving as a subject matter expert. The role also includes training business owners on data creation and maintenance, supporting the development of technical skills, and ensuring the accuracy of information for timely replenishment to stores. Furthermore, the Senior Coordinator manages administrative functions related to digital platforms, including updating system operations, maintaining digital health offerings, and supporting system testing and validation processes. This role includes updating relevant documents and pages, coordinating UAT testing, and assisting in the validation and auditing of system changes and implementations.
