Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, assessments, progress reports, and programming across clinic and community settings, while supervising behavior technicians and supporting caregiver training. Meet authorization and billable-hour goals, maintain compliant documentation, collaborate with clinical leadership, and contribute to research, student supervision, and community outreach as needed.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, follow individualized skill acquisition and behavior support plans, and collect data and document each session. Communicate with caregivers about client progress under BCBA guidance, prepare therapy materials, attend training, and work toward or maintain RBT certification.

Lead and develop a high-performing center team by fostering a collaborative culture, providing feedback and growth opportunities, and supporting employee engagement and retention. Oversee daily operations, client experience and progress, and community and talent outreach while ensuring efficient processes and compliance with health and safety standards.
