Manage the full quotation process, from preparing proposals and negotiating to closing deals, while identifying solutions that meet customers’ needs. Build and maintain customer relationships, deliver product training with technical colleagues, and keep customer information current in the CRM system.

Lead and coach project leaders, administrative staff, roofers, and subcontractors while overseeing the preparation, organization, and execution of construction projects. Manage revenue and margin targets, monitor KPIs and project cost analyses, and maintain strong customer relationships.
