Job summary
Bilingual Case Support Coordinator - French/English We're searching for a bilingual (French and English) individual with experience in financial services. Location: Toronto Setup: Hybrid Pay: 60-65 k base salary + 10% target bonus Additional comp: Day 1 benefits, health spending account, RRSP match, 4 weeks of paid time off The Cause: Instead of helping large financial institutions increase profits, you'll be helping everyday Canadians navigate disputes and receive fair treatment. You'll play a meaningful role in resolving complex cases and making a real difference for consumers, while educating and protecting their financial well-being along the way. Duties: You'll manage a portfolio of financial dispute investigations from start to finish, including matters involving fraud, scams, intercepted e-transfers, identity theft, credit card disputes, and non-sufficient funds (NSF). Responsibilities include: Guiding claimants through the investigation process Gathering information about disputes Collaborating with consumers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders Managing multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, fairness, and attention to detail Delivering balanced, well-supported resolutions Required Experience / Competencies / Education: Bilingual (French / English) 2+ years in banking, finance, investments, insurance, claims, fraud, mortgages Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics or related field Strong empathy, and critical thinking skills Ability to craft professional written correspondence in both French and English **this is not a call center role** *Bilingual Source does use AI as part of the recruitment process, however, our selection process is strictly done by humans.
